Returns & Exchanges

At Dope Pickleball Co., we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your paddle or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your pickleball gear in its original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to obtain a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
